Additionally, we collect photos, videos, posts, comments, and other content you upload or share through EightTenTwelve's Public Forums and user profiles.

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device type, operating system, device identifiers, browser type, and mobile carrier. We collect usage data including pages visited, features used, time spent on EightTenTwelve, click patterns, and interaction data. We collect your IP address, approximate geographic location, and precise

We use your information to send service-related notifications and updates about EightTenTwelve functionality and features.
2.2 Personalization and Enhancement

When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention schedule and applicable laws.

We use advertising cookies to deliver targeted advertisements based on your interests and usage patterns within EightTenTwelve.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but you can limit tracking through your device and browser settings as well as your EightTenTwelve account preferences.

However, no method of transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through or stored on EightTenTwelve.

If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where CKI's servers and central
database are located. By using EightTenTwelve, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
We ensure that international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws through appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions recognized by relevant authorities.
9. Children's Privacy
EightTenTwelve is not intended for children under the age of thirteen. As stated in our Terms of Use, you must be at least eighteen years old to use EightTenTwelve. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

As a Colorado-based entity, CKI complies with the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), which grants Colorado residents rights regarding their personal data collected through EightTenTwelve. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to opt out of the sale of your personal data or its use for targeted advertising or profiling. CKI obtains appropriate consent for processing sensitive data and provides a universal opt-out mechanism for Colorado residents. We respond to data subject access requests within forty-five days and conduct data protection assessments for high-risk processing activities as required by the CPA.

12. Mobile Application Specific Information

The EightTenTwelve mobile application may request certain permissions from your device, including camera and photos access to upload and share images within EightTenTwelve. We may request location services access to provide location-based features within EightTenTwelve. We may request contacts access to help you connect with friends who also use EightTenTwelve, with your permission. We may request notification permissions to send push notifications and alerts about EightTenTwelve activity. We may request microphone access for voice features and audio content within EightTenTwelve.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings, though disabling certain permissions may limit EightTenTwelve functionality.
12.2 Mobile Analytics
We use mobile analytics services to understand EightTenTwelve app usage and improve performance. This may include crash reporting and usage statistics that help us maintain and improve the EightTenTwelve mobile experience.
12.3 App Store Information
When you download EightTenTwelve from app stores such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may collect additional information subject to their own privacy policies, which are separate from this Policy.
